Yeast expressing each of the five translocated proteins of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis fused to GFP were visualized by fluorescence microscopy one hour after induction of expression of fusion proteins. YopE, YopH and YopJ each localize to the cytoplasm. YopM localizes to the nucleus and YpkA localizes to the plasma membrane.
